Ordering within Canada
Orders over $99 (before applicable taxes) ship FREE*.
Shipping and handling is only $8.99 for orders below $98.99 (before applicable taxes).
* except very remote locations.
Shipping
We ship within Canada by Canada Post Expedited Parcel Service.
Orders are insured and packed with care to assure delivery in the best condition possible.
Orders are usually shipped within 1 to 3 business days after you have placed your order.
Shipping times within Canada are 2-7 business days depending on your location.
Your shipment will be assigned a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped.

Cancelling an order
Once an order has been shipped it cannot be cancelled without incurring an irreversible fee equivalent to our shipping cost plus 5% to cover handling. Orders refused at delivery will also incur the same fee.
Returns
Should a product not meet your expectation it may be returned post paid and insured within 15 days of purchase for refund (minus our shipping cost plus 5% to cover handling) provided it is unused and includes all its original packaging. Used appliances are subject to a 20% reconditioning fee.
Every precaution is made that you receive fresh food products but in the event that you should receive a product that has lost its freshness before its best before date it will be replaced or refunded (at your choice) provided you e-mail us the item UPC code and lot number.
Products damaged in shipping must be reported and claimed at the time of receipt from the delivery service.
Contact us by email to obtain a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number) before returning your product.
Wholesale
We do not offer any wholesale pricing to retailers.
Taxes
Taxes (on taxable items) will be charged upon checkout according to your location within Canada as follows:
Alberta (AB): 5 % GST
British Columbia (BC): 5 % GST & 7% PST
Manitoba (MB): 5 % GST
New Brunswick (NB): 13 % HST
Newfoundland and Labrador (NL): 13 % HST
Northwest Territories (NT): 5 % GST
Nova Scotia (NS): 15 % HST
Nunavut (NU): 5 % GST
Ontario (ON): 13 % HST
Prince Edward Island (PE): 14 % HST
Quebec (QC): 5% GST & 9.975% PST
Saskatchewan (SK): 5 % GST
Yukon (YT): 5 % GST
