RawNutrition.ca is a family owned and operated business located in the beautiful Ottawa Valley.
We have been involved in health food retailing for over 20 years. We not only sell healthful organic raw foods and products, we also use them as part of our diet. We’ve learned from veterans in the field of health and nutrition. Our first approach to a natural diet was with that of a traditional Asian based vegan diet. Later on we added extensive sprouting and juicing to our diet. Our health has been transformed by a diet of wholesome, raw and minimally processed foods. Having been involved in the health food industry not only as an employment but as a way of life we bring you our years of service and experience. We started back when health foods stores were still small family run shops. Soon after we were involved in the expansion of a well known health food store to a new location and afterwards the opening downtown Montreal’s first large full service health food store. Aside from our experience in retail we’ve been involved in wholesale distribution, organic farming, the management of a vegan restaurant and the administration of an alternative health center.
