Shipping

We ship with either FedEx Ground or Canada Post Expedited Parcel. 

Orders are insured and packed with care to assure delivery in the best condition possible.

Orders are usually shipped the next business day after you have placed your order.

Your shipment will be assigned a tracking number which will be e-mailed to you once your order has shipped. 

Returns

 Contact us by CLICKING HERE to obtain a R.A.N. (Return Authorization Number) before returning your product.

 Should a product not meet your expectation it  may be returned post paid and insured within 15 days of purchase for a full refund (minus our shipping cost) provided it is unused and in its original packaging.  Food products are exempted from this policy.

Every precaution is made that you receive fresh food products but in the event that you should receive a product that has lost its freshness before its best before date it will be replaced or refunded (at your choice) provided you e-mail us the item UPC code and lot number.

Products damaged in shipping must be reported and claimed  at the time of receipt from the delivery service.
