An excellent product

I am very, very pleased with my recent purchase. Here are the reasons why.
* Service from Raw Nutrition was excellent and delivery was fast. (I live in a fairly remote, rural area.) In addition, the price compared to other retailers was very competitive.
* The product is excellent. It does what it says it does. The quality of the manufacturing is obvious as soon as you take it out of the box. The warranty is excellent. It is “Made in the USA.” (This has always been a good sign to me.) And… there are no black specks! So Vitamix was right when it said that the problem was limited, and that it did not happen with all the containers.
* Vitamix has offered to ship me the smaller, 32 oz. container at a reduced price if I purchase it within 30 days of my original purchase. (I plan to take advantage of this offer.)
* I have gotten good value for my money.

P.S.: Now I know why Vitamix is the benchmark for all other blenders!

Have used the new VitaMix 7500 for a few months now, and I'm really enjoying it. I have been very happy with almost everything I've made. (except for that one experiment! lol). The only thing I find a bit of a nuisance is the bottom does not screw off as a regular blender does, I made pizza dough in it a couple times and found it was difficult to clean under the blades. I really love the Thai soup that comes in the recipe book. My old blender seems so woosie now, after using this one for a while! I purchased 2 extra containers for mine, to make it more versatile. My Mom only has one container, and prefers her model with the tall slim container to handle smaller quantities better. Figure out what you'll be using it for and make sure to do your own research to find the model that suits you best.
